Sponsored Located in the heart of a charming little village in the Northern Vosges, this beautiful establishment is well worth a visit. The Café du Havre is a testament to a great family history: the great-great-grandparents who founded the business were from Normandy, and made a nod to their home town when they opened the establishment. Today, the fifth generation is at the helm, represented by Marion, her mother Lydie and her partner Guillaume in the kitchen. The village's clientele like to meet here at the first coffee hour. Later in the morning, they are joined by tourists and regulars to enjoy authentic, tasty cuisine. Here, the menu changes every two weeks: the ideal formula for coming regularly and being surprised at every meal. The house offers fabulous meat, prepared on the farm by Marion's sister and father. A guarantee of seriousness and high quality! Finally, it's impossible to leave without savoring one of Marion's excellent desserts. They are superbly worked without being too sweet. A favorite address.
