A comfortable hotel-spa conveniently located in a small town in the heart of the Regional Nature Park. To combine the pleasures of the site and its facilities with those of the table, the chef offers a two-unit restaurant: the gastro in the panoramic room opening onto nature, and the winstub. A friendly cuisine with solid roots and know-how: pâté en croûte, omble-chevalier au gratin, Orloff veal mignon and buewespätzle, kougelhopf glacé with gingerbread and caramel coulis...
