Gourmet Restaurant A timeless Vichy classic, with its timeless 1920s decor harking back to the heyday of the famous spa town. The house offers a real trip back in time, with period wallpaper, black-and-white photographs, red banquettes and bistro chairs, a molded counter and high ceilings. The menu plays it safe, with pleasant classics: choux chantilly à la comtesse de Vichy, sole meunière, scallop risotto with green spinach, fillet of beef with shallot confit and red wine sauce, profiteroles. Classic cellar.
