Gourmet Restaurant In the palace district, just a few minutes from the casino, this friendly establishment brings to life the elegance of the late 19th century, in a restored décor with red velvet banquettes, paintings and old photographs, moldings and areca palms. The menu is consensual and well reproduced on the plate: mimosa eggs, leek vinaigrette, boletus risotto, skate wing, rice and beurre blanc sauce, duck leg au jus, pommes grenailles, chocolate profiteroles and vanilla ice cream. Classic cellar.
