It's always a pleasure to return to the table of Gilles and Marianne Ruyet, who specialize in fish and seafood. The father and daughter, originally from Lorient, bring a bit of the Breton coast to life in the heart of the country, with dishes of classic obedience, produced to a very high standard. We have roasted langoustine tails, fresh tuna tataki with bell pepper, fine sole meunière, roasted turbot fillet, eggplant caviar and mashed potatoes with Charroux mustard... For dessert, hot soufflé with orange paste or a lemon sweet with Breton shortbread.
