Gourmet Restaurant A fine hotel-restaurant in town, embodying the bourgeois and Vichy spirit of good taste, elegance and wisdom. The table is very well laid out, perfect for business lunches and candlelit dinners, with traditional cuisine of a high standard. On the €42 menu, French and regional cuisine, including English-style breaded frogs' legs with pumpkin flan, cod with Charroux purple sauce and parsnips in two varieties, beef fillet with Fourme d'Ambert sauce, roasted polenta with truffles, poached pear with birlou and dacquoise-style cookie.
