Efficient and well-organized, this bistro in the "Pas Parisiens" tradition, whose location is a major asset, does good and inexpensive food for a conquered clientele. The view, from this immense bay window overlooking the river and the city, is one we've known well for nearly thirty years and enjoy, even if we are a little behind the scenes. And the young team at speed puts you in the right mood, overexcited and controlled at the same time. The menu, set at under €50, gives you what you pay for: a sweet artichoke and mushroom tartlet, a tender guinea fowl fillet rolled in herbs and chicken sauce, with slightly dry oyster mushrooms, an emblematic paris-brest, shared in portions and topped with a candle for birthdays, sung in chorus in the dining room. The cellar is well adapted, with a choice by the glass of Bordeaux and Burgundy that's not very full but not very expensive.
