Chef's Restaurant The chic, trendy downtown bistro made famous by Norbert is a favorite haunt of Putéoliens, who appreciate the modern, subdued style as much as the contemporary dishes. The formula is effective and the technique is there, with ideas from the market that are pleasantly renewed. On the €36 menu, onion tatin and parmesan cream, sea bream and linguine with squid ink, cockles and parsley, marinière emulsion, duck breast, yellow carrot lacquered with roasted spice honey, sand carrot cream with cumin, duck jus with orange, cheese-cake with almond crumble.
