Housed in the La Verrière arts and crafts gallery in Suresnes, near Puteaux, this restaurant boasts a terrace and a large, luminous long dining room overlooking the open kitchen, where Maxime Salvi's brigade works in silence. The chandeliers are reminiscent of the restaurant's name. The blue and black décor with a touch of orange is as contemporary as the chef's cuisine. A discreet, well-priced address, perfect for a working lunch (three-course menu at €29.90) or a dinner with friends. Well-dressed, seasonal dishes include a revisited fresh goat's cheese croustillant, poultry ballotine, corn mousseline, artichoke poivrade and curry popcorn, and a creamy peach mille-feuille with verbena cream and vine peach sorbet.
