Sponsored With a focus on charm and authenticity, this 36-room, comfortable, air-conditioned 3-star hotel offers top-quality services. Naturally, this is also true of the restaurant that bears the same name, Au Riesling. While it obviously refers to its fine wine list, focused mainly on referenced Alsatian winemakers, its cuisine is an ode to local gastronomy. "In addition to local produce, I particularly enjoy working with noble products such as scallops, game in season, duck liver, langoustine..." confides manager and head chef Alexandre Lesser. With his brigade and entire team, he works hard behind the stove to offer a menu where tradition and creativity harmonize to the delight of customers. Au Riesling is proud to have recently been awarded the title of Maître Restaurateur. In a dining room with a capacity of a hundred covers, hotel guests and gourmets from out of town enjoy a feast while taking in the breathtaking view of the Alsace vineyards.
