Gourmet Restaurant Vincent and Géraldine Debourg have transformed this beautiful old 15th-century building, modernizing it while preserving its character. The dishes are in perfect harmony, with classics beautifully revisited by Vincent, such as fricassee of sweetbreads and langoustines, or poularde de Bresse with shellfish cream, arctic char and octopus with chorizo chips. The cuisine adapts to the seasons: scallops in winter, lobster in summer. A sincere and generous cuisine. A highly diversified cellar with over 700 appellations.
