Gault&Millau's review 2026

Walkers, cyclists, fishermen, boaters... liven up this green landscape through which the river Blavet meanders. It was a fine idea on the part of the local councillors to renovate this white house with its adjoining terrace to welcome Dylan Le Hen, a native of the area. In a room that's touchingly simple yet bright and comfortable, it's a pleasure to sit back and savor a light, sincere cuisine that draws on local resources. The precision of the cooking and the pertinence of the combinations are expressed in a short, engaging menu: "organic" perfect egg enhanced by thin slices of chorizo and a cream of mushroom soup, coastal hake flanked by spring vegetables, semi-salted pork loin or the very gourmet choux praliné... Relaxed, friendly service. The wine list is reduced to its simplest expression. However, you can try the Côtes-du-Rhône from Domaine Fond Croze (white and red), the IGP Val de Loire from Domaine Réthoré Davy or the Saint Chinian from Mas de Cynanque...
