Gourmet Restaurant A restaurant not far from the station whose glass facade, door and windows, gains in aestheticism when the interior lighting takes precedence over daylight. It's easy to imagine that you'll feel right at home here, in warm simplicity. The lunch menu already sets the tone for the cuisine: classic and generous: smoked salmon blinis, ricotta cream with lamb's lettuce petals; hake fillet with cider butter (a little too discreet in taste) and buckwheat blésotto that we'd like to see a little less compact. As for the apple crumble with salted butter caramel, it plays its role as expected. The cellar's thirty or so offerings are in perfect harmony. Without risking a bank overdraft, you can choose a lively Quincy from Domaine Goureau or a Chinon from Sourdais. Charming welcome and service.
