Gourmet Restaurant A serious, plush dining experience perfectly in keeping with the theme of hosting business meals, with its subdued, classic atmosphere. The chef reproduces a traditional, bourgeois-inspired cuisine, with a refined presentation and meticulous execution, from fried ravioli of Keroman langoustines and ricotta, zucchini spaghetti and tomato confit, back of haddock with chorizo, parmesan risotto and lobster fumet, three-hour braised beef chuck, macaroni gratin and sweet potato mousseline, Breton sablé and lemon meringue.
