Nathalie and Arnaud Beauvais have therefore sold their beloved Jardin, with its 35 years of history, to the Le Fur family, whom we knew from Le Vivier in Lomener. It’s a change that builds on tradition, thanks to Erwan’s expertise in the kitchen and Sylvia’s in the dining room. The restaurant remains true to Breton values, with dishes that capture the essence of the ocean and feature seasonal local produce: scallop carpaccio, house-made foie gras, cotriade with kari mad, poultry ballotine with morel sauce, and banana tart with coconut ice cream and chocolate sauce. A great “Gourmand” menu for €45. Awarded one chef’s hat.
