Not far from Troyes, one of the finest restaurants in the area, in the guise of a house with unmistakable red facades, and a meticulous interior with a formidable contemporary spirit. Here, the chef creates a bistronomic cuisine that is as aesthetically pleasing as it is product-driven, demonstrating his savoir-faire and in-depth research into the terroir.
