Good news for Troyes, with this fresh new restaurant from Pierre Page and Clément Marquet, heirs to the former La Mignardise restaurant. The half-timbered house is a stage for well-crafted bistronomy, with contemporary dishes on the menu: vitello tonnato, turbot fillet and shellfish emulsion, braised beef brisket with barbecue and honey marinade, strawberry and rhubarb tartlet.
