Description
Sponsored Victor Boyé, who has been passionate about cooking and human relations since childhood, has opened an establishment that reflects his own personality. In a warm, friendly atmosphere, guests share home-cooked dishes based on fresh, quality produce and seasonal produce: "This allows us to offer a variety of recipes, to renew and reinvent ourselves," he explains. Somewhere between bistronomy and tapas, customers can sample a range of detonating dishes, laid out on the table like mezzés: fish & chips, pink toast, chicken karaage, Thai salad, beef picanha with chimichurri sauce... Everything invites surprise and travel: "We want to offer something with new flavors, which surprise and tell a story", says the restaurateur. These values of sharing are reflected in the daring desserts: brioche, lost pound cake topped with salted butter caramel, orange caramel, seasonal tarts or recipes that vary according to the Chef's inspirations. Occitanie wines are de rigueur and excellent. The beautiful decor, friendly atmosphere and terrace on a pedestrian street add to the charm of the place. And let's not forget the team and their sense of hospitality!
