Gourmet Restaurant We've been working here as a family for sixty years and four generations. In other words, we've seen a lot of tourists and jousters along the canal, and we know the town and its clientele well. Nathalie Murat welcomes guests and advises them on the natural wines from her extensive cellar, while Romain, the son of the house, runs the kitchen with authority and a few manners to dress up the terroir: good taste in the squid rings with satay, in the lamb sweetbreads with pig's trotters, in his tuna tripe speciality or in his interpretation of rabbit in mustard with a celeriac and mushroom pressé, before an honest chocolate dessert presented in bar form, mascarpone mousse with salted butter caramel sauce.
