Description
Sponsored Armand Poirot, 29, and Olivia Dubayle, 23, share a passion for the restaurant business. "We dreamed of having our own restaurant, sharing our love of cooking and giving people pleasure. The opportunity presented itself," confides Olivia. Since taking over the À La Bonne Heure franchise in Tarnos in October 2023, Armand has devoted himself to preparing hors d'oeuvres and desserts, while Olivia greets customers and takes their orders. The menu features a variety of fish, meat and local specialties. Each day, they create a different menu, with unlimited self-service starters and desserts. As for beverages, a selection of regional wines, local beers and fruit juices are available to accompany meals. Guests can enjoy the outdoor terraces with superb lake views. In a welcoming and convivial setting, the restaurant invites everyone to enjoy traditional, fresh, home-cooked cuisine, in a spirit of sharing and pleasure.
