A well-known meeting place on the banks of the River Nive, near the quays of Petit Bayonne. The pretty marquee building houses a generous bistro, with hearty dishes featuring local produce. On the menu: half-cooked egg with foie gras and artichokes, Bayonne ham, chipirons en persillade, langoustine risotto with porcini mushroom sauce, crispy pig with foie gras and lentils, touron parfait with chocolate sauce. Good service.
