An unpretentious address offering Basque products on a menu with a strong South-Western flavour, from duck confit and kidneys to calf's head, cod salad and an enormous cassolette of tripe à la basquaise, which you'll need to be a glutton to swallow whole before the caramel flan. Moderate prices, simple service, small classic cellar.
