Sponsored After 20 years' experience in the restaurant business, Hong Son Dang opened his restaurant at the end of 2021: "During the Covid pandemic, I was cooking all the time. I wanted to get involved in an exciting project by creating 6Six. 6 is a lucky number in Asian beliefs. It's also the number of Rue Papillon, where the restaurant is located. Good and beautiful, that's what this Chef proposes, inviting you to discover traditional dishes from three regions of Vietnam (Hanoi, Hoï An, Saïgon) and revisited French dishes. His fusion cuisine is authentic, fragrant, refined and generous. Among his specialties, bo-bun (one of the Top 3 in Paris), phô Da 6Six Signature (soup served in a stone bowl after 12 hours of cooking), caramel pork, bún chả (grilled marinated pork) and shrimp egg rolls are a delight! All with pretty gold-colored plates and cutlery, in a chic, trendy setting. Menu from €18, fine cellar, restaurant accessible to all budgets, takeaway and tailor-made receptions. Open 7 days a week from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.
