Gourmet Restaurant Experience the Korean version of the fifth flavor at this discreet establishment on the descending Rue Jean-Jacques Rousseau, which you'll have to walk up to return to the city center. No problem, because this cuisine is virtuous, healthy and well-balanced: quality raw ingredients with the colorful and tasty ponzu-marinated salmon tartar, or the Korean-style beef tartar with soy sauce, daikon radish and Korean pear, a selection of bibimbaps, a land and sea platter...
