A must-try restaurant in Montpellier, close to the beautiful Place de la Canourgue, with its unique, leafy setting facing Saint-Pierre Cathedral. The gastro corner offers three formulas, from €39 to €64, including smoked mackerel, farmhouse guinea fowl supreme, unevenly cooked and with a good thyme and chicken sauce, beef effiloché with onion chutney and crumble, turbot roasted on the bone or red mullet fillets, all presented in a sober style, not forgetting the inevitable trompe l'oeil lemon. On the wine side, a generous wine list, featuring Languedoc vineyards.
