Chef's Restaurant It's one of the neighborhood's interesting young tables, with good vibes, good fit and a solid team, including chef Jules Recoquillon, who has worked with Le Squer, Constant and Vigato. Know-how and pleasure on the plate with the millefeuille-style cabbage cake, katsuobushi and cabbage juice, the delicate lobster cooked with binchotan, butternut accompanied by a tasty, well-flavored bisque, the pink veal fillet trimmed with watercress, sprinkled with bottarga, a good soubise and concentrated veal juice. The seven courses (only, we're in eco mode) serve to garnish the menus right up to dessert (between two possibilities) buckwheat, ice cream, chicory siphon and tartelette marron. Wine list a little onerous, friendly service from the sole waiter.
