Chef's Restaurant With Bruno Doucet (La Régalade) at the helm, the Relais counter continues its bistro work, with classics from the French repertoire. The menu is fairly exhaustive, with almost forty options. We'll be focusing on the essentials: eggs mayonnaise, croque-monsieur with Paris ham and old Comté cheese, Caesar salad, beef cheek stew, penne, carrots, turnips and button mushrooms, lamb shoulder confit, snacked, vegetable semolina and black olives, crème caramel and crispy nougatine.
