Gourmet Restaurant This is the terrestrial part of Avant-comptoirs, with a journey closer to mountains, plains and rivers. You'll find Basque and French ideas, in small format, to share or not: pea fricassee, chorizo and creamy corn, poultry and foie gras pâté en croûte, artichoke vinaigrette, ham croquettes, chipirons with cuttlefish ink, black pudding macaroon and Espelette pepper jelly, sautéed pig's ears, or caramelized pork belly with Corsican honey. A warm atmosphere.
