Gourmet Restaurant You need GPS to find the place in this industrial zone. The zen atmosphere of the terrace, under canisses, is welcoming, with its tables covered in colorful bayadère prints. Brought to life by Covid, the idea was the brainchild of two chefs, Frédéric Charlet, former owner of Bistrot du Cours in Marseille, and Nicolas Giansily, formerly of Lasserre. The adventure began with click & collect, then deliveries and the setting up of three other addresses in Marseille. The concept: no menu, just à la carte dishes of the day chosen from a kiosk. All containers are made of recyclable material. Fresh zucchini/mint/coriander velouté, onion pickles, tabasco flaked almonds and a dash of Raz el hanout; diced marinated red tuna, sushi rice, fennel, onion, lemon, ginger, coconut sauce; and a dessert to nibble on with chia and pumpkin seeds, coconut milk, honey and apricots. Add a nice list of Nature wines. côtes du Rhône Bloom Blanc 2019 du vin des potes de Rémi Pouizin, VDF Château d'azur "Les Premiers sauts" 2019, vin au flacon sancerre "La clé du récit" 2018. And a first, a "Can-Vin blanc" of 2 glasses without added sulfites in a can! finally not bad at all. The kindness and the more-than-reasonable additions are worth the detour.
