In case you didn't know, the term "pinzutu", which refers to "continentalers", isn't really a compliment to Corsicans... It's a second-rate way of welcoming all lovers of Corsican cuisine, of whom there are many in Paris, from both sides of the Mediterranean. And this well-stocked bistro has all the charm and authenticity of the Isle of Beauty. With charcuterie, of course, but also veal stufatu with olives and lamb shoulder confit with honey and citron.
