Original Restaurant Henri and Olivier's table has an air of summer about it, with its straw parasols and southern cuisine, tapas and shared pleasures. The place can be enjoyed in winter as well as in summer, with an epicurean motto, found notably in the glass, with great ideas in the cellar on over 200 references (Les Pierre Écrites, Mathieu Cosme, Damien Pinon, Coralie et Damien Delecheneau...). And on the plate, sow's ham croquetas, fish-and-chips-style cuttlefish, black mayo with ink, razor clams and verjuice butter, BBQ fried chicken and a winegrower's tart.
