Gourmet Restaurant While bourride is always the star dish, this Provencal restaurant, with its typical rough walls under the beams, honors its terroir and local recipes, and has many other resources: a smiling welcome, a well-stocked cellar, with Fondrèche Ventoux at €26 in 50 cl, for example. The menu at €42 offers a wide choice of dishes: fish soup with rouille and croutons, Provençal aioli, gardianne de taureau, rosemary crème brûlée.
