While bourride is always the star dish, this Provencal restaurant, with its typical rough walls under the beams, honors its terroir and local recipes, and has many other resources: a smiling welcome, a well-stocked cellar, with Fondrèche Ventoux at €26 in 50 cl, for example. The menu at €42 offers a wide choice of dishes: fish soup with rouille and croutons, Provençal aioli, gardianne de taureau, rosemary crème brûlée.
