Remarkable Restaurant Chef Julien Marseault has rethought the whole art of entertaining in this contemporary house north of Brest, where plates are arranged on a central display. The spirit of sharing guides the entire meal, offering another way of experiencing gastronomy, never forgotten in these compositions of exemplary execution, from cooking to sourcing and respect for the seasons. To share (or not!), discover watermelon cube, langoustine and tarragon, beef tartar, foie gras and truffle, lobster half with tandoori butter, cod with aioli, snacked pork belly with crispy potatoes, apricot tart with vanilla ice cream. The cellar is on hand for every occasion, from Raimbault sancerre to Haut-Brion 1986.
