Remarkable Restaurant Facing the Iroise Sea, this beautiful Breton house with its contemporary lines has been owned by the Corre family for seventy years, and growing steadily. Under the direction of the third generation, Tanguy and Nolwenn, the small restaurant has become a large one, dedicated to the expression of fine Breton gastronomy. The young chef, who has worked with the likes of Alléno and Le Squer, demonstrates both her creativity and her technique, with spider crab and iodized samphire, brioche to be creamed, monkfish, oats and Paimpol cocos, Monts d'Arrée squab cooked on the chest, celery and spicy jus, Solliès figs, caramel and blackberries. Menus at €78 and €127.
