Gourmet Restaurant In the heart of Eaubonne, in the Orangerie district, a table that has been in the spotlight since its creation three years ago. The setting is pleasant, with soft lighting and raw materials: the brushed metal of the tables contrasts with the oak woodwork, the caramel leather seats and the fabrics with oriental motifs. This vast, long room features a large bar and a view over the château's grounds. The 100% all-female team is led by Carole Barbet, who works with a smile, a relaxed attitude and elegant authority. In the kitchen, chef Tifaine Menard, a pastry chef by training, rolls out creative and assertive proposals: creamy egg, spinach and sainte-maure, savory emulsion, grilled sea bream fillet on the skin, masterfully cooked, avocado purée, blood orange, bamboo rice, sake sauce, apple and buckwheat puff pastry, dulcey velouté.
