Gault&Millau's review 2026

In Saint-Denis, the former Pleyel Tower lends its walls to a panoramic four-star hotel with vertical ambitions. At 40 storeys high, the H4 Hotel Wyndham Paris Pleyel offers a 360° view of the whole of Paris, from Sacré-Cœur to La Défense, as well as top-of-the-range comfort. The metamorphosis, designed by Wilmotte & Associés, has transformed a former office building into a place of contemporary hospitality, both monumental and warm - a rare balance. The 697 sleek, light-filled rooms are organized around a spectacular atrium, topped by a rooftop with swimming pool and skybar. Several restaurants, a gym, a spa and an immense reception hall complete the offer. This glass vessel, anchored at the foot of the Stade de France, is already establishing itself as an essential urban landmark in Greater Paris.
