Gourmet Restaurant Not far from the train station, on the banks of the Allier, a bistrot de pays of good height, featuring the fine techniques of Chrystelle Blanc, who keeps a historic and gourmet French tradition alive. The interior and plate layouts are classic, in keeping with the central idea of the register, and thus exactly reproduce national culture: homemade terrine of duck foie gras and green Puy lentils, pike-perch pavé, meat jus and cauliflower, parmentier of confit rabbit leg and sweet potato, poached pear with pistachio and saffron mascarpone cream... Attractive prices.
