Gourmet Restaurant In the picturesque streets of Clermont's old town, a little corner of Italy warms hearts all year round. The house favors traditional recipes and keeps up with the times through careful sourcing. The plates take you on a journey to the other side of the Alps: a charcuterie platter, focaccia, stracciatella and truffled prosciutto, lobster linguine, carbonara ravioli, pollack alla puttanesca and parmesan polenta, and a fine tiramisù.
