Chef's Restaurant The Château de Germigney gourmet restaurant gets yet another new name. After much turbulence, the important thing is that this fine table is coming back to life. Chef Francesco Di Marzio is now in charge, promising an "unforgettable experience". For the moment, the focus is on stabilization, with beautiful dishes, but no menu yet. Two hidden and expensive menus, at €135 and €185, require the trust of visitors. We're hoping to restore the institution's lustre with a more polished and self-assured welcome and service.
