Gourmet Restaurant Dear indispensable Finette, the popular Jura tavern that has been delighting us for fifty years. Everything is in place, unchanging and united, from the onion soup, the Jura crust with yellow wine, the snails, the Arbois salad. It's at this point that the big appetites come into their own, the ones who greedily attack the coti du Haut-Doubs or the morteau lentils, in a farmhouse atmosphere around the tuyé. It's out of the question to skip the cheese stage, before the apple tart or the vanilla ice cream with Fougerolles Morello cherries. And the cellar is full, supplied by Fruitière d'Arbois, Pupillin or Voiteur.
