Chef's Restaurant Guillaume Veyssière, who we know from La Ruelle, has found this beautiful contemporary space a little off the beaten track near the ring road to express himself freely. Suitable for business meals or family gatherings, the menu is divided into two levels: the bistro La Forêt with its contemporary dishes in a fairly simple version (mackerel escabeche with pickles and spiced yoghurt, Barbezieux chicken with lemongrass, apple pie with organic cream), while the chef reserves his ideas for hidden gastro menus, from €58 to €98 for 5 to 7 courses. Extensive cellar with some regional wines.
