Chef's Restaurant Brice Javerzac's table proves that an authentic bistro, popular and relaxed, in no way means slacking off in the kitchen, bringing to this island of conviviality, solid technique at the service of pleasure. The chef's experience shines through in every dish, with innovative ideas that are always well executed, both in form and in substance: a pot-au-feu terre-mer and creamy smoked mackerel, a BBQ duck breast with tajine vegetables, sweet harissa and date-zaatar, a sphère charentaise. Good cellar selection.
