Chef's Restaurant In this suburban neighborhood with its steep street, a white corner façade houses this modern bistro with its suspended airplane wing. The new chef, Clément Courtemanche, who joins from Hébé, retains his 2 toques. In addition to the à la carte menu, he offers a lunch menu at €29 and a tasting menu at €62, offering a wide choice of dishes. Veal tongue vitello tonnato style, capers and basil, very pleasant; confit pork belly, creamy polenta and a piquillo coulis that perfumes the dish; a gourmet rice pudding, fig, puffed rice. While prices are attractive, they soar on the wine list. Relaxed service, terrace for fine weather.
