Chef's Restaurant Located in the stunning setting of the La Verrière arts and crafts gallery in Suresnes, the restaurant run by our Dotation winner Maxime Salvi has rapidly built up a solid reputation in the west of Paris. A really hot starter at lunchtime (less than €30 for a starter-main course-dessert sequence) before the more serious stuff at dinner, at prices that are nonetheless very reasonable (€70 for the 6-course dégust'). The plates from the former resident of the George V are well thought-out and personalized, daring mint ricotta with a declination of artichoke and haddock, then reassuring with cod, stuffed conchiglionis, carrot mousseline and cockle emulsion, and finally coaxing with poached pear, chocolate and espresso ice cream. Smiling service.
