Original Restaurant On the banks of the Rhône, just opposite Tain-l'Hermitage, this friendly 3-star hotel is also home to an attractive market-style restaurant, which honors the seasons and regional produce. Competitively priced, the otherwise short menu offers a number of attractive dishes, including low-temperature red mullet with crayfish and shellfish sorbet, Ardèche trout fillet with fresh thyme, Drôme chicken supreme marinated in balsamic and ginger, and vanilla crème brûlée. Good service.
