Gourmet Restaurant This multicultural cuisine has a lot going for it, and Sevag Agop, who found the ideal name to evoke the "agapé" of the Greeks, offers some very personal inspiration in just a few dishes. Seafood and fish from Fereyre are the basis for daring combinations (notably with Oabika cocoa mucilage), just as ostrich from a nearby farm sparks other curiosities. The chef combines all his Mediterranean knowledge of spices to create an interesting journey. A wine cellar with a good knowledge of the region. A toque this year.
