Gourmet Restaurant Interesting and modern, this beehive in the middle of the wine village on the right bank of the river. The lively atmosphere makes it a popular lunch spot for local employees, with a €26 menu, and keeps diners coming back in the evening for a good classic menu with straightforward dishes: snails from the Eyrieux valley, smoked trout from Murgat, ravioles from Mère Maury with chicken stock, farm-raised veal breast rolled in shiitake sauce. Good gourmet desserts (blueberry sorbet financier, Valrhona chocolate profiterole...), well-suited regional cellar with local winemakers. Full menu at €39.
