Gourmet Restaurant Right in the center of town, this well-turned-out bistro aligns all today's codes in a compil that's always pleasant and not too expensive: Caesar salad, tartare au couteau, andouillette au gratin with Saint-Marcellin, mackerel fish and chips. The most interesting dishes are the weekly suggestions, such as duck cannelloni with cep mushroom sauce or spice-lacquered ribs. Desserts as expected with the stars of the day (pavlova, tiramisu), plates to share, regional cellar.
