Chef's Restaurant MOF chef Stéphane Gaborieau brings to life a fine bourgeois table, both in spirit and decoration, with its fine textiles, silverware and professional service. It's an opportunity to discover a fine French cuisine, technical and reassuring, where the products are in good hands. The menu is appealing from start to finish, with langoustines en ravioles and matignon de racines, steamed sea bass with black lemon sabayon and anchovy gnocchi, and hare à la royale. A cellar to match the plates.
