A splendid private mansion for a stay among the most chic and refined in Paris. The historic, stylish setting has been perfectly preserved, and the cosy, hushed atmosphere makes for a dining experience in keeping with the setting. Chef Grégory Garimbay is right on time to offer a fine seasonal cuisine for the five weekday dinners: langoustine caviar radish, sparassis crépus colonnata and vin jaune, monkfish with Paimpol coconuts, veal ceps and tuna ventrèche and two desserts (figs, milk) define the slim production of the moment, in addition to a vegetarian proposal.
