Chef's Restaurant Formerly the home of the neighboring wine estate, the restaurant has been in the hands of the Mazerand family for thirty-four years. The large rooms of this elegant manor house have kept their traditions, with French-style ceilings and old-fashioned table settings. The terrace is shaded by century-old chestnut trees, and the surrounding park provides plenty of fresh air and calm. The second Mazerand generation is at the helm, with Jacques at the piano and Christian in the dining room. The cuisine is generous and very much inspired by local produce: beautiful brioche filled with a French bull gardianne in the spirit of a boa, organic pomegranate molasses from Occitanie, roasted turbot, golden polenta, artichoke bouquets, gourmet peas. The cellar is mainly regional and prices are low.
