Sponsored It's the story of a local boy who, after five years exploring the world, finally came home to take part in local life. Morgan settled in the town where he was born, and took over the bar in 2022. Situated in one of Vitré's most beautiful streets, with its cobbled arteries a stone's throw from the château, Guy XVI is a fine marriage of medieval heritage, old-world charm and the more recent "industrial" spirit. Fabulous cocktails are on offer, as are five draught beers and a fine wine list that changes every year. An added bonus: Morgan has enlisted the services of a sommelier-cavist trainee. Ideal to benefit from her valuable advice. Customers are sure to appreciate the open fire in cooler weather, but they can also enjoy a glass of wine on the wooden terrace when the sky is blue.
